Southwood Kid's
At Southwood Kids, we are partnering with parents to help kids CONNECT with each other and leaders who can help them GROW in understanding who God is, and how much he loves them, while equipping them to GO and make a difference in their world by serving and sharing the love of Jesus. Whether your child is in our Nursery (birth-2yrs), Southwood Kids Jr (3yrs-Kindergarten) or Southwood Kids (1st-6th) we have an age specific lesson just for them.

Connect
Kids build relationships with their peers and group leader, while learning what it means to have a relationship with Jesus.
Grow
Kids learn biblical truths that encourage real life application. Parent resources are provided to keep the conversation going at home.
Go
Kids put their faith into action; at home, church and school.
Southwood Youth
We strive to see students of every age discover who they are in Jesus Christ and become the world-changers they were created to be. This discovery will lead them to walk in the God-given power of the Holy Spirit and will allow them to radically change their culture. We believe that students, need to connect with a real God who can relate to them in a real world. Our youth group begins when students enter 6th Grade.
Community Groups
At Southwood Church, we value community, building community and reaching community. Simply put, community groups are friends you grow, laugh, and serve with. They’re the people you invite into your life – letting your guard down, growing closer to God, and investing in your community together. Led by one or two individuals, most community groups are made up of a group of people who meet regularly in someone’s home, at the church or other locations. We’d love to connect you to a community group today!

What happens in a Community group?
Whether you want to gather for Bible study, friendship, counseling, sports, or other activities, there’s a group for you. In addition to shared activities, study or reflection on that Sunday’s message, we encourage our groups to take advantage of their time together to pray for each other’s needs as well as the needs of our church.
Women's Ministry
Our women's ministry meets regularly and encourages women of all ages to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, allowing Him to transform us into who He has created us to be. Romans 12 says, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Lifelong friendships are formed through bible studies, prayer meetings, movie nights, women’s conferences and other events.
Senior's Ministry
Our seniors ministry meets regularly, whether to meet up at a local restaurant or gather for a potluck to fellowship over food and a devotional. Either way, everyone comes knowing they will be welcomed and loved; leaving refreshed and encouraged. Join our senior community group events and grow in your faith as we walk this journey together.
